Thank you for choosing Canvas Landscapes for your recent purchase. We sincerely hope that your order met your expectations however, we understand that there may be instances where you may have concerns about your purchase.
Please be aware that as our products are personalised products these are not eligible for returns due to their customised nature. We strive to provide accurate previews and descriptions to ensure your satisfaction with your personalised items.
However, if you have received a damaged or defective item, we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team is committed to assisting you promptly and efficiently to resolve any issues you may encounter with your order.
Please note the following terms:
- Once ordered, products cannot be changed or cancelled without communication through Canvas Landscapes.
- Colour variations from on-screen images are not considered defects.
- Issues or concerns with your order MUST be reported within 30 days of purchase and supported by photographic evidence.
- If a defect is confirmed, we may offer a reprint or refund option.
- Please allow seven to ten (7-10) days for return processing, with refunds issued promptly thereafter.
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below. REFUNDS will be discussed having inspected the condition of your item. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take one to two (1-2) billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
PRINTING, SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY SERVICES
- Our dedicated partners manage the printing and shipment of your order upon receipt via Canvas Landscapes. Utilising local printers worldwide, we ensure the highest quality and efficient delivery. Please be aware that multiple product orders may arrive separately.
- While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. Standard mail is the default shipping method, with alternative carriers selected by our trusted printing partners. Tracked delivery ensures accountability, with responsibility for loss or damage assumed by the carrier. Please note that you as the customer would be responsible for any customs clearance.
